REQUESTED BY POPULAR DEMAND – "HOOD LIVES MATTER" LONG SLEEVE TEES!
This is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Edition – Clapback Special in response to a certain University’s map depiction of the city; purposely, and oddly omitting all the surrounding neighbor”hoods” whose demographic are mainly African-American. This design was directly created in response to the map depiction, but in turn the “hoods” of Pittsburgh are properly highlighted in gold, while the rest of the neighborhoods are muted out. These neighborhoods are a part of the region and should be represented. The omission of these neighborhoods blatantly show that this university do not consider these hoods, and the people who live their a part of their narrative. The university has since removed the map from their website.
The gold on black design represents the primary sports colors of the city.
