Pre-orders are a special opportunity to get first access to new apparel and home goods before they are sold to the public. Pre-orders only guarantee that you can purchase the item before it goes on public sale, and/or gets sold out. When a product becomes available to ship, those who were a part of the Pre-orders will be the first to get their shipment. Pre-orders fall under the same shipping times and guidelines as regular orders.
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that’s why we’ve made these tables to help you out.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
CUSTOM CUT AND HAND-SEWN CREWNECKS
Each unique, all-over printed sweatshirt is precision-cut and hand-sewn to achieve the best possible look and bring out the intricate design from our production partner in Europe.
Since your custom gear is being shipped from overseas, please be aware that Flat Rate shipping will take between 20-30 business days. You can upgrade your shipping to Standard which will exponentially speed up shipping time. Shipping prices vary, please use our Calculate Shipping tool at checkout.
USA: 5-8 business days
Canada: 6-12 business days
World: 10-20 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

Live Rates will automatically calculate your shipping cost on the spot, at checkout. Shipping costs vary on product type, weight, and carrier.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time!
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out. First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at hello@influenchill.com making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
We will do our best to contact the Shipping Provider for information regarding lost packages. However, we do provide tracking numbers for all of our products. Once the item is shipped, you will need to contact the Shipping Provider for any specific shipping times, questions, or concerns. Lost package claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
